Yesterday is my first change to organize the event in serious way (except the University activity, that I must organize because there are no one do it.). The event is the twitter users party in the brand of twittday and this is the first time in bangkok.

For this event we set up the website name twitthai.com to be the website of twitter-er in Thailand and spread our activity. This event we use the name of twittbkk and use “Circle of friends” restaurant as a revenue.

From the registration page we got 45 registrants but we had around 20 people come to this event. That is over my expectation because we announced this event very long time ago and many people quit twitter after twitter have the capacity problem.

Although, this event we didn’t need the quantity. All we need is the participant, that want to talk and communicate together!!! (Quality is better than quantity). then this event was successful than my expectation goal because all participants talked to each others even sometimes was quite and many people did not knowing some people. However the talking in this event can destroyed the wall between people and let us to know a new friend.

This event is not camp so you didn’t need slide presentation but it is a talkative party of twitter users. No topic need, everyone can talk every topic as they want and at here we have “Free of Speech”. We talked to each other until 17.00 even the restaurant is closing in 16.00 but with the kindness of the restaurant staff, we have 1 hour extra time.

I hope we will have this kind of event because we can make the people talk to spread their idea.

After twittbkk, many guys need to talk more, so we change the talking place to Sathorn 8 at Something Sweet cafeteria. the cake look very delicious and the drink is very good looking. We have a good atmosphere, we drink and eat to around 20.00. So we went to Yowvaraja (China town) to find something to eat as a dinner. We got the chinese noodles as our dinner. Until 21.00 everyone go to their home.

PS. I like the Circle of Friends and Something Sweet very much.
