ทาง Mozilla ก็ได้คิดโครงการดาว์นโหลด firefox เพื่อสร้างสถิติโลกลงกินเนสส์บุก ในวันอังคารที่ 18 มิถุนายนนี้ ใครอยากมีส่วนร่วมในการบันทึกลงสถิติโลกของหมาไฟตัวนี้ก็เตรียมตัวดาว์นโหลดในวันที่ 18 นี้ได้เลย หมดเขตภายใน 24 ชั่วโมงของวันนั้น

และข่าวจากวงไหนบอกมาว่า ทาง mozilla จะเป็นสปอนเซอร์งาน barcampbangkok ครั้งต่อไป ซึ่งจะเป็นเดือนสิงหาคมนี้ และอาจมีทีมงานของทาง mozilla มาร่วมด้วยก็เป็นได้
