Last weekend I was participate in barcampbangkok2 nothing to preview we have 400 participants and got more than 100 topic to talk.

Before the event we have many news about bad situation. That will effect our event but nothing occur because of Saturday it has the event that the yellow shirt man need to show their royalty. So the show must go on, I arrived at 8.00 and go to help everyone in the camp.

On the 1st floor is the registration 2nd floor is Wifi and T-shirt and 3rd floor is the room for barcamp. In this event, my work is to encourage the Thai people to participate as much as possible and explain in the detail of the camp. kengggg let my known Gen Kanai from Mozilla. Gen is very kind and very friendly. Gen present the news of Firefox in the english and thai official version and a new Application from Mozilla.

I talk on 2 topic according to the previous slides entry. According from the 1st barcampbangkok I realize people don’t like to listen the science topic so I need to talk about the top keyword and make the relationship to science and have the hidden agenda to promote my website. The result is very successful and another topic that is not mind but the topic owner has no force to talk, then I need to talk on Firefox Thai L10n with no script and use the slide from TNWA.

I listen on Mozilla, @pphetra, @rerngrit, @31o5, Look like a few topic because I didn’t attend the topic of programing. That I didn’t understand so I go to outside to talk the person that I met in Barcampchiangmai and help the staff to work.

Absolutely we have a party on Barcamp. In this party the good thing is it Buffet private place small space and a few chair so it’s force everyone to stand up and met the other. I got many friend from party. Free beer make me see the strange thing, unfortunately I have no camera to shoot it.

I went back around 23.00 and got the quote.

Drink don’t vomit to others

On sunday many guys had effect from hang over from saturday so it make every on come late. When I come I talk a little bit to Gen and go to stick my topic on “Discussion What’s next for barcamp”. That is a discussion of problem solution for next barcamp and had @sugree to join. I listened touhou from@dragonmeter and Innovation for life from Google. After that I do nothing because I’m very tired but I do some activity in Real time twitter.

When the event end up. We take Gen to eat something at new sam yan market. Such a long walk but we have a time to talking together.

This event is a great event for me even it has some mistake but we can ignore and fix it but it will improve in next barcamp.
